返回从中下载远程文件的 URL。

支持的平台：仅限 Windows

本地文件

访问：仅输入

类型：字符串

下载的文件。

网址

访问：仅输出

类型：字符串

从中下载文件的 URL（如果有）。

返回值（RetVal）

类型：布尔

True：文件是从远程位置下载的。
False：文件不是从远程位置下载的。

此方法是该方法的反面，并提供从本地文件到从中下载文件的相应 URL 的映射。IsURL
